Free mental health support for children and youth
Child and Youth Mental Health (CYMH) services in Nanaimo offer free intake, assessment, and treatment supports for children and youth up to age 18 who are struggling with emotional, social, or behavioural concerns.
Services may include individual and family counselling, group therapy, parenting support, and referrals to additional resources. CYMH works with families to develop strategies that promote resilience, coping, and positive development.
