24 Hour Youth & Teen Support


ConnecTeen, a program of Distress Centre Calgary, provides a safe space for youth aged 12–24 to talk openly about their concerns. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, family conflicts, bullying, or just need someone to listen, ConnecTeen is here for you.


Our trained youth volunteers offer empathetic, non-judgmental support via phone, text, or online chat—anytime, day or night. As one of Calgary’s most trusted youth services, ConnecTeen has been empowering young people for over 40 years. We understand the pressures of teen life and are committed to helping you navigate them with confidence and care.
